It started a little when Jah passed but then Juice passed away and I did a lot of self coping and medicating. Honestly in doing that I created some bad habits. Where I am now compared to last year is the best I’ve felt/most focused I’ve been in so long. Stay strong and allow yourself to feel everything and not hide behind the insecurities & drugs..
