@wktong2012 Yeah there is nothing wrong with the web wallet. The desktop wallet is slightly safer, but thats only because all web wallets are a little less secure than a native application.

@slm5288 Try to reload your wallet. If you have a pending transaction, the Receive page should show up on the navigation. If your transaction does not show up, make sure you have Minimum Receive (App Settings) set to 0. Let me know if it works.

@crypterminator You can simply create a new wallet using your seed, and set a new password. The password is only used to encrypt your seed in your local storage - the seed is the ultimate key you need.

@K2hCrypto There is no timeout - if you have the wallet open when you get sent Nano, it will go to your ledger immediately. If you have the wallet closed, the next time you open it and connect your Ledger, it will search for any pending transactions and send them to your Ledger then
