@CitImmCanada I got my study permit before March 18th,I started my course online,by May and m from India,am facing lots of connectivity and time zones issues,my course is synchronous course,after explaining,my college provided me with support letter to travel,but air India is denying it

@CitImmCanada Is that even a proper response for us to get, IRCC, should have given the proper guideline online and kindly provide the air India on what they should follow

@CitImmCanada If that’s the case, IRCC should clearly mention, that and the airlines is complaining, that u guys are not following the rules properly, and changing according to u guys and say students are not allowed

@CitImmCanada When asked about u we were treated like this, the air India , clear states, this is what IRCC states us and so we cannot allow you people to board ..my entire fair for booking is 90k and it’s gone now

@CitImmCanada Despite having every details , mentioned here is essential requirements and being produced in the support letter , I was denied yesterday...for simple reason stating, m travelling prior to 3 weeks from the time of my level 2 beings

@onverlinghill @CitImmCanada Sure,Ma’am,thank you for the suggestion.But like you said our situation from India is different,despite knowing our studies are online,we preferred to continue because we took a loan of lump Amount,we cannot afford waste the time,since the we have a sword hanging above our head

@airindiain Sir,I have a valid study permit before March 18 th,according to IRCC, blended course are allowed inside Canada ,and online students are allowed inside the Canada if they have support letter stating ,if they are in diff time zone or have synchronous classes,so we are allowed as

@onverlinghill @CitImmCanada How is that even possible, many of us dropped our job and got into the studies and We took a loan of more than 30 lacs for 2 years program from our class ..and spending 1 more year ..without doing anything??how is it even a suggestion. We have all basic requirements 1/2

@CitImmCanada Hi just to get clear of what mentioned in IRCC,am a May intake student from India who got my study permit before March 18th and started my course online for Level 1 and My course is not blended course,but My course is Synchronous course ,with expection to other normal course 1/2

@airindiain @SunilSo87363895 Sir,currently many students ,paid lacs for higher education and started online by May and trying to travel bec of many issues,there have less carriers to fly all of them to destined country and Air the India is not supporting us properly on booking dates as well as site maintance
