@ThreeUK I have reported a fraudulent account opened under my name almost 3 weeks ago & I have not heard back from you. Although I have received more letters from you about outstanding payments that are not my own. Please can you close the account down?

@MartinSLewis Fraudulent account opened in my name with @O2 back in January. This has left a negative mark on my credit rating as technically I’ve missed payments. @O2 support have been unhelpful in getting my credit report amended despite my ongoing requests. What’s your advice?
