@duolingo I’m trying to change my subscription to a family plan but it’s frozen in place. I tried clearing my browser, updating my app, deleting and restoring the app and nothing. How can I make this change happen? Thanks

I had 3 rewards in BoxLunch that expired 6/2/23, that was $15 I had earned by shopping at the store. I went to place an order and said rewards disappeared (they were there this morning) This is unfair (and not the first time it’s happened I might add) Can someone explain why?
