【プレートのキャラクターネームの由来】#FFXIVFanFest2026 #FF14

・基調講演で紹介されていたアドベンチャラーアクティビティーでのキャラクターネームCellica Flame(セリカ・フレイム)は吉田さんがMMOでつかう黒魔導士ネームが由来

Cellica Flame(セリカ・フレイム)について
吉田:僕が昔からMMORPGやる時に、このキャラクターネームで、世界ランカ目指したりしてた。

設定もすごいね、よく練り込まれていて、今なぜかネットで取り上げられたりもしてるんですよ。

中身が女子高生だと思われて、 MMORPGで病的なぐらいにキル数の多い、この名前でやってやってた。

シンガポールでよく一緒にパーティーを組んでた、タンク役の子がですね。

彼、中身17歳だったんですけど、 僕のことをですね- なぜか- 日本の女子高生だと思ってたんですよ。

僕はロールプレイとして、お姫様のプレイというか。なんだけど、戦場にあると突然豹変するっていうのをやってたんです。 彼がいつも僕のことを、ガードスキルを入れて守ってくれてた。 それで勝って戦闘が終わって- みんなでバフとかをかけ直してる時に... そっとTELで「Thanks,my knight」って。

ロールプレイをしてただけで....... この話続きがあって大体三年後ぐらいに、アメリカ人の別の友達と話をしていたときに、「いや、なんか最近セリカ見ないんだけど、セリカ、なんか、なんか勉強とかで忙しいのかな？」それを聞いて「何言ってんだお前」みたいな。 そのアメリカ人が「え、セリカ、あれでしょ？女性で高校生でしょ？」みたいな。 って向こうで話をしているとね。で、言ってたら、「何言ってんの？」って。 完全ネタバレ 彼のね。 俺じゃないPT内のアメリカ人のね。 ロールプレイやな。 なるほどね。 次に会った時にだったかな.......、あ、違うわ。 バレた時、俺パーティー内にいたんだ。 いたんだ。 いたんだけど 黙ってた。

「そうね、久しぶりね」みたいなこと言ってて。「なんか勉強が忙しかったのかい？」みたいなこと言って。 なんて答えようかなと思ってたら、向こうで話して素性バラされた話してるわけですよ、そのアメリカの奴がベラベラベラベラ。 「こいつが勉強なんかしてるわけないだろ」それを聞いたナイトが「えっなんでなんで？」って

話をし始めて。 勝手に俺の素性ばらして。 ...なって。で、そん時ね- 「日本のおっさんやで」ってなった瞬間に、ナイトからくっついてた、ガードアクションねプッて消えたの........まあそんなちょっと由緒正しい。 歴史あるね。 名前なんです

@kureakurea01 I have a breakfast like this once every few months. It's a "classic American breakfast" but not the kind of thing anyone eats every day. It's too rich and calorie dense for that 😅

@kohaku_me_neko @biru_n @ArturGalata Well, mayonnaise is a different case. It's pasteurized, or made from pasteurized eggs, so it's fine. Tartare is made from meat minced right before eating it, as there is generally no harmful bacteria inside safe meat. I wouldn't eat tartare, however...

@DetectiveEvy @TruthKP @kevo31415 I think it's more that they're saying it's fantasy in how accurate, dedicated, compassionate and swift it is. In reality it is rarely all of these things at the same time. Not to mention the fantasy-tier evidence gathering and analysis speed and accuracy.
