There is so much in the #PeoplesPlanforNature but one takeaway for me was around the need to make changes to our food choices and for businesses to be more transparent about their practices.

Eating less meat, fish and dairy was one key recommendation.. something we can all try

Love how the #PeoplesPlanforNature was created via a really innovate approach - an open call to the public with 30k responses and then a National Assembly of 103 randomly selected individuals from across the country who helped shape it further over 4 weekends of engagement

Giving interview questions in advance is a way to make interviews fairer for people who don’t perform well when put on the spot in a stressful situation. And the job role doesn’t always need someone with that ability.
