@JulianDavis71 Long-time fan girl of Kolb here. If I may be so bold as to offer a couple more?... Bandura's social learning theory - people learn from observation in a social context. Vygotsky's Zone of Promimal Development. And Chiksentmihayi's 'flow' state.
