Hot take: what's with subtitles that say "foreign music?" How can music be foreign? Music is basically the most human thing, and that should make it universal, right? Unless, I guess it's AI generated?

Instead of isolating and not talking to anyone outside of work and our daily routines, can we normalize irregular contact in friendships? Can we allow our friends and ourselves to be present when we are able and to give grace for not showing up when we are swamped?

Just finished reading #PlentyOfTimeWhenWeGetHome by @kwilliams101 Such an important book about TBI, military service, love, life in general. I needed this right now on so many levels. To my fellow civilians, read Post-9/11 Veterans' memoirs. These stories change you.
