@airindiain Hello...I was supposed to travel using Air India on 11th June from DTW to JFK using Delta and from JFK to New Delhi using Air India, and then return on 14th Jul from New Delhi to JFK using Air India and from JFK to DTW using Delta.

The flight was cancelled because of Covid and was not able to make the journey. I was told by my travel agent that Air India will automatically return the money. But I have not heard back regarding the refund.

@BSNL_OR This is really disappointing. In the midst of this pandemic, when it is encouraged to stay at home, my father had to visit the BSNL office to make the payment again as you guys are not able to resolve this in approximately 10 days. Will it ever be resolved??

@BSNL_OR I made a payment from my ICICI bank for the services on 9th April. The payment was deducted from my account, but is still showing as due on your side. I checked with the bank and they told me that the payment was successful with Transaction # 000089162499. Please advise.

@airindiain - Google tells the best number to contact Air India Customer Care from outside India is 18002237776. Is it correct? I was in line for more than 45 minutes and the call got disconnected. I am again in line for 21 minutes. But nobody is picking the phone.
