@MTNza is making unauthorised debit orders on my @FNBSA account. All this after i rejected the debit order requests. Apparently, upon receiving the rejection: MTN will just change the reference number and/or amount and resubmit, FNB will process without requesting your approval.

This monthly occurrence is negatively affecting my credit record, costing me valuable time and money (calls, travel & bank charges).
The debit orders are increasing and will soon return "unpaid" with even more charges. @EFFSouthAfrica please help.

How does @FNBSA allow a 3rd party access to my account without my authorisation? Are banks not there to protect their clients? Who can protect us against these companies colluding to steal money from South Africans?
The call centres agents for both this companies are helpless.
