@British_Airways@Britishairways I sent a private message and got the response I've gotten for 3 months - they're looking into it. No timetable, no new info. I spent my own money after being told by BA employees I'd be reimbursed and my case eviewed in a timely manner. This isn't good business.
#britishairways Still waiting for reimbursement from July. I have a case number. You keep responding saying that Customer support has forgotten. I don't care about being "remembered" I care about something being done. How is this allowed?!

@British_Airways#BritishAirways You still haven't dealt with my case. You stranded me in London (in July) and scheduled me to fly out 3 days later -- when other flights were available. I paid for my hotel. Still nothing. Please, please, don't fly them. United's been great!

#BritishAirways You owe me over €200 I paid out of my own pocket to cover YOUR expenses! And still no response from my reimbursement claim filed over a week ago. Anyone stuck by BA, do NOT pay out of your own pocket. They don't reimburse, they don't respond.

@British_Airways#BritishAirways Missed connection a week ago due BA error, was rebooked THREE DAYS after my original flight. Voucher for first night, then told to pay myself and would be reimbursed. Filed a claim five days ago, have heard nothing. I shouldn't have to underwrite BA's mistakes.
