@gstew2 Some districts have $$ for bilingual parent liaisons. I think most schools need one! Not a bilingual secretary, not an ESL/bilingual teacher, a person actually dedicated to engaging families that have very specific needs. I would LOVE to have this job but I’m not bilingual 😂

There is a difference between scaffolds & structures. Just like during construction, staffolds are temporary (meant to be removed) but structures are necessary to continually support success. Knowing the difference & leveraging both can be 🔑 #Ellchat_BkClub #breakingdownthewall
