@vineetjain1101 With due respect, this isn't a tax. Govt was subsidising UPI, even now the charges would be above a certain threshold and that too much lower than typical Visa/Mastercard network.
Also farmers(and govt) wouldn't survive without subsidies. (Not saying it's a good situation)
