@flipkartsupport Hi last month I purchased Motorola Signature from you nd the phone was faulty. The technician picked n dropped d phone at @motorolaindia service centre around 2 weeks back. On 31st Mar I received a message on WhatsApp from @flipkartsupport to either opt for (1/2)

@flipkartsupport Let the consumer court decide @Flipkart . I have shared screenshot of the chat where @flipkartsupport asked me to confirm if I need a replacement phone or not with @jagograhakjago . Waiting for the resolution from their end now.

Replacement or repair, I opted for replacement however now you guys are forcing me to keep the repair phone and suggesting me to contact @motorolaindia for resolution. If I have to contact them then why should I purchase a phone from @Flipkart.
