Since then, Tamil Nadu has emerged as one of India’s fastest-growing economies, recording strong growth across industries, investments, employment, and infrastructure.

Just In | The AIADMK is learnt to have sent feelers to the DMK seeking support to form a government in Tamil Nadu where the recent elections threw up a hung Assembly. The DMK leadership, however, gave short shrift to the proposal, sources said. The DMK “was firm on sitting in the Opposition”, as it was not interested in going against the people’s mandate.

TN is a key hub for global (including Korean) manufacturers, so they will be watching this transition closely.

@arivalayam lost due to the arrogance and ignorance of its ministers. @DMKITwing failed to take their work to the people, and the growing anti-incumbency was brushed aside by echo chambers. The bigger concern now is how this impacts investor confidence in Tamil Nadu.

Took a bus journey after 2 years—reminded why I don’t 😅

Bus started from Porur; I boarded at Kilambakkam. It was already running 1h 45m late (12:10 AM vs 10:30 PM). Bus stand is great, but seating is minimal.

Heavy traffic till Villupuram (reached 5:30 AM). Reached Madurai at 12 noon… was supposed to be 7:05 AM.

High time GST Road is widened to 8–10 lanes on a war footing. Wouldn’t recommend road travel during long weekends/holidays. #Chennai #Infrastructure #Expressway
