Who will compensate for 7 days of no internet service, wasted time, and mental harassment?
If this issue is not resolved immediately and proper compensation is not provided, I will escalate this legally through @jagograhakjago@consaff#JioFiber#PoorService#ConsumerRights
Very disappointed with @JioCare@reliancejio service.
Since 4th May, my Jio Fiber internet has been completely down — today is 11th May, and there is still no resolution despite repeated complaints.
Every time, the same engineer “Ramawatar” gets assigned even after I requested a different engineer due to rude and aggressive behavior. On top of that, I keep receiving late-night visit slots (9:30–10 PM), and nobody even shows up.

Very disappointed with @JioCare@reliancejio service. For the last 6 days, my Jio Fiber internet has not been working, and every single time the same engineer, Ramawatar, is assigned despite repeated complaints about his rude and aggressive behavior.
I had clearly requested a different engineer and a daytime visit for safety and professional reasons, but my concerns are being ignored completely.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to take legal action and escalate the matter to consumer authorities.
Today’s appointment was scheduled between 9:30 PM–10:00 PM, and still no one has attended the issue. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable customer service.

@JioCare@reliancejio My JioFiber connection has not been working for the last 4 days. I have raised multiple complaints, but no proper support has been provided yet. Every time an engineer is assigned, they either do not answer calls or refuse to visit and keep making us wait.

My electricity (K No: 310116005148) in Jodhpur under BKSL has been down for 2 days. Complaint raised via IVR 0525560685—no action in 12+ hrs. Field staff said cable is faulty & promised a fix, then vanished.

There is only CSEC Ltd, social media handle and other handle are, not active, so how to reach them, and if CESC is parent company, then why they are not solving my issue
Now office is demanding money for cable/meter change, even though it failed on its own. Why should I pay for your outdated equipment?
Even call centre stopped responding & put me on hold. I have full recordings. Why such pathetic service from CESC?
