@OfficialPMRDA You have started publishing Water Affidavit submitted by Builder. But the data is only from 2014.

What about Water Affidavit submitted by Builder for earlier periods.

Our Builder submitted the Affidavit in September 2006, who will monitor such builders.

Before switching to @LGIndia read the thread below. I have also having AMC for 43 inch TV and now there is line on screen, after tweet engineer visited, refused to repair and closed the complaint giving frivolous reason.

For Past 2 months: 1 unit was supplying negligible clean water
Service Engineer came more than 10 times & made excuses water unclear etc
TRUTH was Motor dead. They knew. Avoided replacement to save ₹₹
10 complaints. Zero action.
Only after my DM to company on twitter & personal calls motor got replaced last week.
2 months of PAIN for BASIC CLEAN WATER.
Your Service franchise has MALUFIDE INTENTIONS. Audit or CANCEL them.
Other AMC due? NO RENEWAL.

After the visit of engineer and TV not repaired I received the message (screenshot attached) "Part not available in Engineer kit"

Let me know till when the TV will be repaired.

No one has attended the complaint after that.

@LGIndia Atlast the TV was repaired and delivered today on 01-05-2026.

Delay of almost 5.5 months.

But sorry to say no paper work was done by @LGIndia engineers through out this episode.

Hope TV is repaired with full intetegrity and not a patch up work.

And what is there to review the situation. It's a open and shut complaint. Why its taking ages to resolve the issue.

This is nothing but fraud and a 420 case. Soon an FIR will be lodged.

The screen should have been replaced, but the same was not repaired at all and TV was returned yesterday evening.

@LGIndia Dear LG India, its been over a month and half, my LG TV taken by your Goregaon Service Centre hasn't been repaired and return.

Have called the Manager in-charge Mr.Abrar [phone] and Ms. Rani 08655367632 but no timeliness provided.

How long does it take to repair.

attached here is the proof of payment made to LG Engineer via UPI on 21-09-2023 and AMC mail received from LG.

Hope this is enough proof for carrying our repair under AMC period.

Compelling customers to take AMC and then if any major repairs come, they give frivolous reasons and not attending the complaints.
