@mybmcWardT Cabin on footpath Opp. Neeta Apart. on Sant Ramdas Rd. placed by BMC with no reason as per worker. Big plot available next to this cabin which was provided to contractor using for material dumping & labour/officer stay. During water logging how residents should walk?

Footpath on Sant Ramdas Road blocked with tree garbage. JCB’s parked by BMC contractor who uses BMC plot in residential area near Sadguru Sharan for his civil work & go-down. Residents nearby already facing loud noise issue & now can’t walk freely due to heavy vehicles parking.

@mybmcWardT Understand this property is belongs to BMC & u plant these trees hence expect some quick action on this. It’s on Sant Ramdas Road Mulund East between Ananya CHS & Anutham. This is blocked by Anutham & restricted access from there premise only. Thanks

Additionally, this area has chamber which was not closed properly which resulted water logging in rainy season & coconut plant is very closed to main gutter line hence request to plant it somewhere else & close chembur properly & open this area from road side if it’s BMC.

@mybmcWardT just 15days before somebody planted 10-12 trees on small area between Ananya & Anutham on Sant Ramdas Rd Mulund E. Good initiative but bad planning as this area has no access from road side & plant like coconut may create issue to residents & compound wall in future.

@mybmcWardT @mahanagargas BMC Team has restored this almost week before but they haven’t filled edges with cement for finishing. This rough work may be obstacles to walking peoples. Team promised to patch them in couple of days but no action as on today. Pls look into it. Thanks

@mahanagargas @mybmcWardT MGL team digged this more than month before for Annutham pipeline.Worked for week & left rough without fixing paver blockes properly. This is creating trouble to Ananya CHS residents & vehicle movement.Incase of any incident who will be held responsible?

@mybmcWardT @mybmc आपण जाणून बुजून डब्याच्या मागिल बाजूच्या कचऱ्याकडे दुर्लक्ष करताय असे दिसते. मागिल अनुभव पाहता सदर सोसायट्या विनंतीकडे दुर्लक्षच करतील… आत्ताही कचऱ्याचे डबे तिथेच आहेत.. तेव्हा कडक कार्यवाहीची गरज आहे नाहीतर “येरे माझा मागल्या …” तेव्हा वेळीच आवर घालणे ही विनंती🙏

@mybmcWardT Looks like they are allowed to keep these dustbins 24x7 on https://t.co/uXmCVfcDxG action even after multiple follow ups.This is on Sant Ramdas Road, outside Bhavini Enclave Mulund East. Don’t u feel this may cause health issues people staying nearby ???
