The fight against terror requires firmness and steadfastness and the national resolve to stay the course.

How can people forget the Baisaran ( Pahalgam ) Massacre within 14 months ?

And the countless similar atrocities perpetrated over the past four decades that were state sponsored by Pakistan.

To some folks it seems that the misty eyed romanticism of a dialogue with Pakistan is far more important than the lives of innocent Indian Tourists who were identified on the basis of their faith and slaughtered in cold blood by terrorists who came from Pakistan.

Which is that invisible hand that is incentivising the push for a pseudo normalisation with Pakistan without any verifiable guarantees that Pakistan will dismantle the Military- Jehadi Complex ( MJC) they have spawned over the past 55 years?

Am I the only one who recalls that during Op Sindoor, the then-DGMO, LG Rajeev Ghai, at an official press briefing had paid tribute to the 5 personnel who made the supreme sacrifice during the Operation. Also recall, Air Chief Marshal A.P. Singh, having personally visited Sergeant Kumar’s family to pay his respects. And now National War Memorial has their names etched in stone as a tribute for their ultimate sacrifice. Where’s the confusion?

SC atrocity act cannot be used by converts to Islam or Christianity

Kolhapur bench of Bombay high court has reiterated this in a recent order where a Hindu SC woman did conversion-nikah but filed an FIR under SC atrocity act against her husband's relatives (also Muslims) over a dispute

Court ordered that the provision ends for converts to Islam and thus no investigation can pursue under this Act

Ideally, Kolhapur police must file an FIR against the complainant woman for committing fraud (IPC 420) by misusing the Act
