Somnath stands as a beacon of eternal divinity. Its sacred presence continues to guide people across generations. Here are highlights from yesterday’s programmes, including the Omkar Mantra chanting and drone show.

On Loknayak JP’s birth anniversary, a rare glimpse from the archives…

Here are pages from his book, Prison Diary, written during the Emergency.

During the Emergency, Loknayak JP spent several days in solitary confinement. His Prison Diary captures his anguish and unbroken faith in democracy.

“Every nail driven into the coffin of Indian democracy is like a nail driven into my heart”, he wrote.

The tragedy in Ahmedabad has stunned and saddened us. It is heartbreaking beyond words. In this sad hour, my thoughts are with everyone affected by it. Have been in touch with Ministers and authorities who are working to assist those affected.

Killing any animal for personal gain is a sin. People eat non-vegetarian food which is also dangerous for their health. Saint Dr MSG inspires everyone to give up non-vegetarian food and eat vegetarian food because vegetarian food is more powerful than non-veg
