Sir, My XEV 9e Pack 2 79KW, purchased in Sept 2025, is just 9 months old and has already spent nearly a month at the

service center(Hyderabad) due to a recurring mould/musty smell from the HVAC system. Mahindra has replaced the drain pipe, HVAC unit, and cabin filter, yet the issue has returned just after 2 months. While I love the vehicle, I am deeply concerned that the engineering team has not been able to identify and deliver a permanent solution. A premium EV should not have recurring cabin odour issues within the first year of ownership. Requesting your intervention and a root-cause-based resolution rather than repeated part replacements. #XEV9e #Mahindra

@AmazonHelp I wasn’t able to resolve it with your CC. This is not the first of the products to be damaged. I have sent a video for the earlier products too. The investigation team dismissed the case, saying that the product was intact. How do they guarantee of the inside before delivering?
