Here’s how to see attorney and agent fees paid by VA.

Did you know you can file a pre-discharge claim while you're stationed overseas? Be sure you are available for 45 days from the date you apply for a VA medical exam so you have enough time in-country to finish the medical exam.
Service members can apply for VA disability compensation benefits between 180 to 90 days prior to separation. This timeframe allows VA to schedule exams, review service treatment records, and evaluate the claim before separation. Filing a pre-discharge claim may help speed up the claim decision process so you can get your benefits sooner.
