Dadu Sessions Court: Appearance of Ali Wazir and Haji Abdul Samad Lala !

Today hearings were held in the Dadu Sessions Court regarding the cases of Ali Wazir and Haji Abdul Samad Lala.
In Haji Abdul Samad Lala’s case the witnesses could not appear before the court.
In Ali Wazir’s case, the hearing could not take place due to the leave of the presiding judge.
After the court proceedings, the next hearing for both cases was scheduled for 16 June.
The continued delays in cases against Pashtun political activists and leaders raise questions about the justice process. The timely delivery of justice is a fundamental right of every citizen.
