Had a really disappointing experience at @CanadianTire today.
A standard tire change is about $20 per wheel. Mine are 285/45/22 on a Jeep Wagoneer, so they charged me $60 per wheel. Fine — I get that bigger tires cost more.

And the “solution” they offered?
“Call tomorrow, the manager isn’t here right now.”

Yet no one informed me, apologized, or even mentioned it. That’s unacceptable.

They checked their own before/after photos and confirmed the rims were damaged while the car was in their bay.

But here’s the real issue: they gave my car back saying “all done,” without a single word about two damaged rims. I discovered the damage myself later and went back to the store.

I suggest you test drive the vehicle yourself and see if you like it. Try driving in EV mode with a battery level above 80% and use the B1-B5 mode. You will hear the engine start up and waste gas.

You cannot use the regenerative braking system (B1-B5) without turning on the engine. This defeats the purpose of driving in EV mode and reduces your fuel efficiency. Mitsubishi Canada says this is normal and expected, but I disagree.
