@ofgem @edfenergy EDF are holding on to £394 of my money after leaving them despite promising a refund to my card within 3-5 working dats. They refuse to refund this and have been ignoring my emails.

Despite being with Sky for in excess of 15 years and probably having spent close to £20,000 with you, I get yet another price rise mid contract.  When I finally have enough and complain and ask to leave, I gets tung with a £200 early termination fee.

@SkyHelpTeam No they did not. Well aware of the contract T & C's. I was hoping for a bit of flexibility given 15 years plus loyalty and £20k spent. Instead just stung with charges.
