@ethanflynncpa Out of curiosity, how much do you factor COA costs into comps? They have to be wildly different in these towers and significantly impact payments on a $400k unit, right?

@ethanflynncpa In that time, TN population increased by perhaps 10% and became much wealthier. And, investment activity has to have increased dramatically. Adjusting for those and other variables, I wonder how inventory levels compare
@realEstateTrent Had job offer out of college from a great firm. Managing Director told me my life would be his for two years and I’d be able to punch my ticket from there. I didn’t take the job purely for that statement but it also likely would have been true.
