ڈاکٹر آئینہ اور ہیڈ آف ڈیپارٹمنٹ کے درمیان تنازعہ انتظامی نوعیت کا تھا جس میں یونیورسٹی انتظامیہ نے انکوائری کے بعد ہیڈ آف ڈیپارٹمنٹ کو قصوروار گردانتے ہوۓ معطل کیا-

سٹوڈنٹس کو یہ حق کس نے دیا کہ اگر وہ ہیڈ آف ڈیپارٹمنٹ سے ہمدردی رکھتے ہیں تو وہ اسکا بدلہ لینے کیلئے ڈاکٹر آئینہ کا گھیراؤ کریں, انکے ساتھ بدتمیزی کریں, گندی زبان استعمال کریں بلکہ یہاں تک کہ دست درازی کرتے ہوۓ انکے گریبان پر ہاتھ ڈالیں؟

واقعے کی مکمّل اور غیر جانبدار انکوائری کی ضرورت ہے تاکہ سٹوڈنٹس میں سے اوباش عناصر کی نشاندہی ہو اور انہیں بھی قانون کے کٹہرے میں لایا جائے-

اس معاملے میں میری مکمّل ہمدردی لیفٹیننٹ کرنل اسفندیار کے ساتھ ہے کیونکہ انہیں انکی اہلیہ نے تب فون ک��ا جب انہوں نے خود کو اس جنگلی اور مشتعل ہجوم کے سامنے غیر محفوظ تصوّر کیا-
