Her women are not simply figures. They carry Gaza, فلسطين, the key, the hamsa, the colours of the flag, and the memory of the land itself.

There is something deeply powerful in the way these paintings feel both youthful and ancestral at once — rooted in folk memory, but spoken in a bold, personal visual language of her own.

From Gaza, Aya paints identity not as ornament, but as presence, endurance and belonging.

A beautiful body of work from a young Palestinian artist who deserves to be seen.
