Tyson Bagent on how Case Keenum broke the news that Bagent was starting:
"Case hit me asking what time I was getting to the facility. I got in, and he was telling me how appreciative he was of me during his start, and then told me he hopes I have a night like he had, and that this week is my week because I'm starting. He's a top-two teammate I've ever had, and he's definitely not two. I gave him a big hug, told him how much he meant to me, and then it was business as usual going forward."
Gotta love Case, such a great Leader.
@DwallsterDrake Not a fluke. Daniel jones played well because they ran the offense through JT. Idk what Steichen is doing but he’s not establishing the run early. Jones is fine when you establish the run and open up the intermediate passes. There’s no rhythm in the offense right now.
@ColtsFilmRoom Steichen has to be better. Cannot Play through Jones. Play through the run open up short to mid throws. Missing Pierce and Keenan and have one of the best rbs in the league. Why are you starting the game with 1 carry in 3 possessions? Then 3 passes after 2 runs and a 1st down
@PatMcAfeeShow Hey Pat! Give Shane a call and let him know JT is still playing. 1 run in the possessions is not a smart gameplan lol. He’s driving me insane
@SleeperColts You can’t run JT 1 time in 3 possessions. Daniel jones isn’t playing well but Steichen is not helping. Stop being cute and run the damn ball. Then play off the run. It’s so simple. Steichen over thinks wayyyy too much
@SmoothSmittyy Was driving me nuts watching 30+ seconds roll off the clock like we were in a good position then lost yards on the next run. If we don’t hit that slant to Keenan we depend on nearly a 60 yard FG to win. Didn’t like that
@atioberoi He’s not awful but Steichen has to stop putting the ball in his hands in situations like that. 2nd and 10 under 5 min 6 point lead in opponents territory. Run the damn ball with one of the best backs in the league. Texans pass rush killed all day. Why put him in that situation
Why I love baseball.
Justin Verlander walks off the mound in tears as his 7-year-old daughter comes out to get him, then heads down the tunnel with his wife and kids.
Field of Dreams in real life.
what a career. if this doesn’t move you, I don’t know what will ❤️⚾️
@FreddieTheOsFan That’s cool and all but you have to win when you have a chance to make the postseason. Some great wins this year but the bad losses vastly outweighed the great wins. If this was early in the rebuild I’m with you. It’s not anymore. No more settling.
What is truly amazing is remember back to when his avg was well below .200 bordering around .170-.180 to have it were he does now Even his fielding is not questioned like we once did. Transformation Complete
@TL_The_Dude My issue is the conservative play calling after hitter the big play. Everyone on planet earth knows you’re running the ball. Give a quick play action and hit JT or Warren in the flats. Treat it as 4th down territory. 4th and 8 yes kick FG. Don’t put yourself in that spot tho.
Pete Alonso’s message to Mets fans:
“I know it's frowned upon, but you can always have a second team. You can always root for the Orioles, guys.” 🤣
