@Hermesparcels 20 parcels sent from 03/01-08/01 that are marked as not collected or at senders local depot (Bridgewater) THIS NEEDS INVESTIGATING! I’m not the only user to have issues, I am a small business and I cannot take this monetary loss.

@PGoswell @Hermesparcels @Katiewild12 @CitizensAdvice Can I ask, which hub? There’s something happening at Bridgewater depot and 17 of my parcels are “stuck” there from 03/01-08/01. Other users in this area are having the same trouble so something is majorly wrong.

@Hermesparcels you have to help me and other Hermes users in the South West- something is happening at Bridgewater depot and we need answers. 7 of my parcels from 03/01 are still there. I have emailed- this needs investigating ASAP. 10 parcels from 08/01 are also “stuck” there...

@Cliffdxb As CEO of Air Malta,I thought you’d like to know that AM is attempting to charge a “penalty fee” of 780€ plus the standard 60€ for a name change on an economy ticket.I am simply changing names,I have 3 seats and 3 passengers.This is disgraceful! Please help me!
