@virginmedia I know that I keep checking but there is no real update regarding what the issue might be nor a realistic repair timeline, it seems to keep being expanded. You seriously don’t expect us to be just happy to be unable to use our services while we’re charged £80 a month for it!
@virginmedia the broadband at home in SE19 has been a disaster since last Friday. Issue reported but potential fix date keeps slipping. How are we supposed to work with constant jumping service? I am no longer patient about it as per your request on the service status update!
