Good day @HomeAffairsSA & @Leon_Schreib. How does one get assistance after coming to your Alberton Home Affairs branch and still not walking away with my smart ID? I do not have Home Affairs in my area that offers this service, so I've had to drive 96km (coming + going) 7 times.

@HomeAffairsSA @Leon_Schreib The manager of the branch encouraged us to book online and said they'd only be able to assist the few school learners in the (non booking) queue wearing school uniform. But how can I book online when there aren't any available dates?

Need to commend @VolkswagenSA (Lenasia) for going the extra mile for us yesterday. I locked the car key in the boot at Food Lovers. Walked across the street to VW and they arranged a driver to take us home to get the spare key to access the car. Glad I'm a client of theirs🙌🏾
