@janbakker_ 🤦♀️thought it was disabled, but on another check of the settings this morning seems it was enabled - so I disabled and saving the passkey now works. That was an easy fix - thanks for the prompt.
@janbakker_ Hi, @janbakker_ The passkey saves on the iOS device but not the user security info page where passkey is given a name. We have an up to date android and get the same error. OS, Authenticator versions and settings all up to date. Feels like an Entra thing maybe.
@Dan_Bryant4 I think that’s the best course. Let me know, I don’t work with NHS any more but I still do PKI related work so I’d be interested to know what the outcome / fix is 😊
@Dan_Bryant4 Hi, thanks I’ve re read to try and jog my memory. I don’t remember there being a config file or reg key, but when we were able to revisit after the covid restrictions I’m sure it got fixed. Not sure if local IT team did something I was unaware of.
@richardhicks I’ve used Yubikeys and have got a Feitian key I played wirh. Yubikeys in the basic form you can just set up and use, the Feitian had to have software for fingerprint enrolment. Think I read something somewhere saying biometric keys had some security flaws - worth a google
