@RachaelLBC @Philippa_Perry I’ve worked in a mostly female sector my whole working life. Only experienced bullying once. It was in US. But I don’t imply Americans are more often bullies., You also have an anecdote of one. Please don’t use it to stereotype. The story is simply that some bosses are bullies.
@XxUnionJxX@TomSpeers1@caramelcow@EveAinsworth Your immune system didn’t turn off wearing a mask. Your body immune system is constantly on, handling cancer cells and the billions of bacteria we encounter all the time. It’s just a really nasty cold. Most of the symptoms are your immune system’s normal healthy response

@RhysDavies54 @DD578D @ProcessingReal1 @guardiannews THAT’S Not the article I responded to. This is, see top of thread. Don’t twist facts. I’m that article said half of ADULTS not boomers. I’m not defending the view, it’s ignorant, just the hating based on age. Also please post link to Times study not screenshot
@RhysDavies54 @DD578D @ProcessingReal1 @guardiannews Nobody actually said it was boomers, just half of adults. In fact couldn’t only be older people as the survey stopped at age 75
@Citation_Now@su_jo@ShehabKhan Except, so is the ‘chatty’ OP, English that is, and a Londoner to boot. It’s his grandfather who is born in Bangladesh. So I think that might be the point.
@Clee100_@SSzelekovszky@tonys1916 @Prague_Tony 1 giant trading bloc can be considered an economic giant in many ways. Only your tweet called it an economy.
This shelter getting dogs out of Ukraine for years has been victim of a scam that can’t be sorted because of war. 19 dogs will be destroyed by British Government if money not raised for quarantine, please help and share @rickygervais https://t.co/oVajuxCOog
@IanSlaterPhoto1@breckshit @PeterDain1 Righto. I thought you meant in UK. Which is March. Because original article was about UK. I stand corrected, insert into start of my tweet, “discovered in India, in December makes its way to UK, in March starts circulating, initially slowly because of lockdown” etc etc
@IanSlaterPhoto1@breckshit @PeterDain1 No, since March. When we were in lockdown. And then it takes time to spread. Like when lockdown starts to ease...
@sueperkins Is now a good time to point out that because dogs don’t sweat a fan doesn’t really work on them? Ditto a breezy summer day will feel cooler to us than our dog- a dangerous oversight on a sunny summer day. Our sweat evaporates and cools us down, dogs need shade and cool mats..
@irenep671@LondonAllergy@jburnmurdoch Remember when a day WFH meant no meetings and so actually getting stuff done that you hadn’t got to all week? Now that happens before or after my actual working day
