@VirginActiveUK The young Man brought only picked a folder by the desk (Which this clueless manager has been) and gave the the ridiculous price you are charging for bad services (From the review of your current users).

@VirginActiveUK She claimed to have no information about the fees, went to the back and twice and came back without any information as she claimed I said I do not want to join/sign membership. She went back the third claiming to go and get some one who has the information.
