@immigrationgirl @USCIS This clearly proves that APs are being approved not in First-in-first-out manner. COMBOs are approved for selective applicants and others AP are pending for over 12 months even if they applied before the COMBO cases.

In March 2022, @USCISDirector created new internal cycle time goals for processing. The goal was to achieve these by the end FY 2023. We are now almost done with FY 2024, and she is nowhere close on some. EX: AP at TSC processing time is 24.5 months... #APDelays

Drafting an #APDelay lawsuit for a client. The processing time for Advance Parole for Texas back in March was 14 months. Now this... Keep in mind, it takes only 16.8 minutes to adjudicate I-131s (and I think that is long for most 485 based AP). #WhyWaitLitigate

@USCIS You could reduce this by adjudicating applications, especially I-131 l, along with I-765, instead of dragging for more than practically required time. When you can approve together for combo card, then why separate I-131?

@immigrationgirl What about Advance Parole that is kept pending for months for some applicants even when applied together with EAD renewal application. Those applying later are getting approved with Combo Card. An example is for my spouse.

USCIS says it is taking 7 months to process EAD applications for those with a pending I-485. Gladly, I received an approval in just 4 days, but what is going on with processing times? Clearly these are not processed First In, First Out. #USCIS #EADApplication #I485

@USCIS What was done after you asked for I-693 to make a decision? You just put the case in PENDING for years and I-693 expires. If filed with 485, then too it expires. So, asking I-693 is appreciated, but don't put an expiry date to it as we don't know when you will adjudicate the 485.

@jayw_u @karthic09093799 I think different service center are following their own understanding of policies. TSC is issuing 5 years. However, for some cases or some officers are approving EAD & AP together (Combo), and some separately (EAD card only) & AP still pending.
