@amznsellerhelp Unfortunately not. There are two options there. "Password Reset" -- which I have tried now three times and each time I get a reply that I can reset my password and I go through the stuff in the screenshot. But I cannot reply to anyone to explain that it didn't help.

@HMRCcustomers I am trying to register for a UK VAT number as a US business, in order to comply with the new rules. VAT51 PDF doesn't work with a US zip code. And it is requiring a UK nat'l insurance number. Is there a way to actually do this?
