Stood in the cold with my children for over an hour, 3 buses passed that we needed 2 not in service and 1 set down only, for 2 number 9s to then show up one after the other! Of course you don't care why would you!

@CooperativeBank It's not just your app and online banking, we were stopped from actually using our card in store this morning declined several times so tried to draw money out of the cash machine again proved difficult kept declining it and ended having to draw money out £10 at a time 😩🤬

Dumping families in the most shocking of places, won't help with transport, don't have laundry facilities, no kitchen facilities. The rooms are filthy, full of mould, they smell, bed sheets covered in someone else's hair and mess.

How about you put your money into actually helping all the people stuck in temporary accommodation! A Lot without transport for their children so they end up missing out on school, no kitchen facilities to use, no laundry service! It's a disgrace!
