@tacobellcare who do I talk to about TacoBell app issues? This is ridiculous. I can’t add nacho cheese, sour cream, creamy jalapeño sauce to my order through the app. Which means I have to request it at the drive through and NO LONGER be contactless. So stupid!!!

@tacobellcare Tried online and the app MULTIPLE times. It never loaded. Went to tacobell for lunch and dinner, both times I was told “sorry we can’t honor that because that’s something the corporate is offering, if you can’t get it to load you need to contact them”
I hate tacobell today
