@travelocity how is it that I am being told I have X in flight credit. I try to purchase new flights less than said credit, but then I am told I have to talk to someone live, and then it becomes a fare change, vs using a credit to buy flights? I have had 2 agents hang up on me

The absolute worst customer service from @travelocity today, charged me money to move flights before even checking if the hotel was available at that time. Multiple agents raising their voices at me on the phone and flat out lying to me about contacting the hotel. Appalled
