More information is not inherently bad, but the quality of information matters.
More good information = good outcomes
Vague/bad information = unhelpful or even bad outcomes

🚨 Darryn Peterson is the clear #1 overall pick
6’6@ guard, elite scorer, 20+ PPG as a Kansas freshman. Devin Booker-level shot creation, three level game, and physicality. Highest upside in the draft by far.
Franchise cornerstone. Don’t overthink it.
Peterson #1. Lock it in.

There’s literally no reason to hire a large private equity backed home service company.
Homeowners are starting to realize this.
A small family owned company can do everything they do.
We can do it better and we can do it for a better price.
