Called @Delta this morning 8:45am, was offered a callback in 45 min. Just got that callback 7 hours later, and there was silence on the other end, then you guys hung up on me. Really need to get this flight fixed. Oh, and this is the 4th change now Delta has made to my flight.

@Delta I literally just waited 8 hours for your callback from your Customer Support line (originally was told wait was 45 min) and when your callback finally came, I answered and then your support line hung up on me.
