Former Senator Leila de Lima’s message to former President Duterte upon being granted bail is: “God forgive him and God bless him.”
De Lima says she has a lot more to say, but will leave it at that at this “triumphant moment.”
“I don’t want to be political-sounding tonight, because this is a moment of joy. This is a triumphant moment for me, so as much as possible I want to be gracious, God forgive him and God bless him," says De Lima.
