@DoorDash you have horrible customer service. One of your dashers stole my order, I tried to cancel the order and was told I wouldn't get a refund. I called your customer service line, took me 10 minutes to get to a live person. That live person barely spoke English.

I asked for a supervisor to be told that one would call me back because they dont have direct contact with the supervisors. Now I've worked in call centers before and there was ALWAYS a supervisor on the floor. When I asked what compensation I would receive for my inconvenience..
