The biggest sign a 1099 sales rep actually kills it and makes money is if they operate under their own S-corporation and run payroll out of it.
Prove me wrong
Dave Ramsey didn't get to be worth $200million by never using a credit card and paying off his home early
He got to $200million by selling that idea to you
I say this with all due respect to @realDonaldTrump . When I thought this was a limited strike to go after Maduro, I was willing to defend it. But now that I hear we will be "running Venezuela," I have some concerns. Because I've lived at the business end of this kind of foreign policy and it didn't work out well.
So as a Trump supporter, Im asking...
Why are WE responsible for ensuring a "proper transition" takes place in Venezuela???
How many troops are we dedicating to that venture?
What do we consider a "safe, secure and independent" Venezuela to even look like? How do we measure when we have achieved it?
How much blood and treasure are we willing to dedicate to this venture?
What does the US get out of this?
I genuinely want to understand how this is supposed to work.
🚨 “TAX THE RICH” IS THE OLDEST SCAM IN THE BOOK - AND YOU’RE THE ONE PAYING
A 24-year-old business owner just said the quiet part out loud:
“I paid literally next to nothing in taxes last year.”
Why?
“I pay myself very little.”
“Most of what I do, I just write it off.”
“I’ve built my life around the system.”
He flies first class.
Stays in nice places.
Lives exactly how he wants.
All legal.
So when politicians promise to “tax the rich,” he explains who actually gets hit:
“It’s not the ultra-wealthy.”
“It’s doctors, engineers, small business owners.”
“People who actually earn income.”
Wages get taxed.
Structures don’t.
That’s the scam.
If the rich don’t pay more when taxes go up… who do you think they’re really targeting?
Jeff Bezos: “Thinking small is a self-fulfilling prophecy”
Bezos is asked where he gets the confidence to even attempt to build companies of such massive scale, like Amazon and Blue Origin.
He responds:
“I think it’s generally human nature to overestimate risk and underestimate opportunity. And so I think entrepreneurs in general would be well-advised to try and bias against that. The risks are probably not as big as you perceive, and the opportunities may be bigger than you perceive… You say it’s confidence, but maybe I’m just accepting that human bias and trying to compensate against it. The second thing I would point out is that thinking small is a self-fulfilling prophecy.”
