@plasma_node Anger is a temporary emotion, so I journal to not allow a temporary feeling to have permanent consequences on my personal relationships. I’ve made that mistake far too often in the past so while I thought journaling was originally going to be pointless, it’s helped me out A LOT

A). get too comfortable and stop doing what they originally did to make intimacy mutually enjoyable

@GR8WH @cremedupepe @blkdwg When they found enough money to hire a good therapist. Therapy’s a mandatory investment to retain people’s mental health but the majority aren’t willing to pay the price required to heal themselves.

It not only takes years of dedication but also cost a ridiculous amount of 💰
