Tidying up my end-of-year to do lists and came across the formulary request forms that have been sitting in my inbox for 7 months (🙃).
Finally submitted requests for cefadroxil to replace cephalexin & cefpodoxime to replace cefdinir! Better late than never, eh? #IDTwitter

First tweet in a while. Feeling sick (f/c, bad low back aches, mild rhinorrhea, dry cough) so I self swabbed x2 for COVID at home, both negative. It's after hours so I go to the nearby urgent care clinic.
T=101.6, HR=120 😬
And I'm realizing now, big apology to my wife... I definitely wore my "only wear these sweatpants at home because they're so stained" sweats to the urgent care and Target 😬🤦🏼🤷🏼
Going to attempt a Tweetorial on the sulbactam-durlobactam MOA since it is now FDA approved and I love how durlobactam was developed. Some may be wondering why two beta-lactamase inhibitors are co-formulated?

Erm, thanks for the brussel sprout (singular), @kroger! Next time I do pickup I guess I'll have to check quantities before going home. 🤦🏼
At least prep time for roasting this will be quick...
