The sometimes lucid, mostly gibberish, but still coherent ramblings of an incoherent man. I have no idea what I’m doing, but I know I’m doing it really well
@Playerinthgame They continue to receive services so they need to continue to pay. You can’t make more and more carve outs to tax payers and expect services to remain. The idea to replace with a wealth tax is constitutionally gray at best so it can’t be relied on unfortunately.
@AndyGlockner Let’s not pretend like Cape Verde has the same talent as Spain or Uruguay. They are not scrubs by any means. Cape Verde is a team of solid professionals but it is surprising what they are doing. Saying they are loaded with top flight players is an exaggeration compared to oppo
@mcuban@elonmusk Or you could just tax the insanely wealthy fairly like other countries. They will still be insanely wealthy, the stock market will continue and frankly they are no worse off.
@TPCarney@daveweigel This is sick a straw man. Other countries use large subsidies on industries and don’t have people this rich. The reason is they properly text the wealthy. Don’t be so willfully misleading
@jyarow@daveweigel Here’s the issue. Basically all of these news sites used to be free online. Then when physical papers dried up they started charging. People don’t like paying for something they used to get for free. Also it’s the internet. Everything gets pirated on the internet
@JoeTipton@On3 .@cdotharrison Mizzou used to be able to get guards like this as freshmen, not develop them into anything, not win anything, and have them leave without going to the league. A brand that is strong as ever

I will say again that it is egregious to be showing trailers for R-rated movies during NFL games. I'm watching Chargers-Texans with my 7-year-old. He should not be confronted with a graphic trailer for a lurid horror film like "The Housemaid." Just stop it.
@jasonrmcintyre As others have said he actually has played in the NBA and a two way co tract is an NBA contract. Sucks for him but he shouldn’t be allowed to go play college ball. It’s a farce
He can be as talented as anybody that's ever stepped on that court. It's a team sport and it's so unfair to everybody else that's out there playing through their own stuff. They need to tell him to play basketball or leave and go prepare for the draft. It's ridiculous.
