@Xero Is there any reason why there is no automated receipt option? It would be great to be able to have a receipt automatically sent after adding a payment, some clients require a receipt and this just adds unnessesary time to accounts.

@OctopusEnergy is there an issue with Intelligent Octopus Go, the app has been saying it's unplugged all day, I've tried unplugging and replugging multiple times today with no luck. I've had to charge on peak today. Can you help? My car is a Tesla but sure if that is relevant.

@buyagift I need help with a gift - I had a Three course Meal at a British Bar or Pub. It's meant to include a Three course meal and a drink. We were given a set menu which we ordered from and had a coke. But after our meal we were told the voucher only (1/2)

@OctopusEnergy My EPC 'assumes' we have cavity wall insulation but I'm not 100% convinced is there any easy way to check?

I'm 100% sure we have a cavity wall, would a thermal camera help identify if there is insulation?

Also do Octopus deal with cavity wall insulation surveys / installations?

@BrothersCider Bring back Toffee Apple (Alcohol Free) - not everyone drinks and this was the our Christmas favorite - my wife is very dissapointed. We struggled to get hold of some last year, and this year it's discontiuned :(

@OctopusEnergy tried to use your pink Friday coop voucher and was told they can't process it and they've had many people with the same issue - I went out of my way and was a bit embarrassing! This was a blue co-op which is ment to be participating, it's the only one near me :(
